Quarantine

My Baby R met me for dinner n movie last nite!!! Was so happy at first, coz my dissertation is due and he is havin an important paper on next Wed, really glad that he took time out of his busy schedule to meet up with me. Of course, at the same time(pat pat my own shoulders) i sacrifice too coz i am also in need of Time.

My happiness came from having is company, from our good dinner in a small restaurant that (whew..doesn't requires queuing) gives us free flow of drinks n ice-cream. But haiz...we..no i mean 'I' made a huge mistake of choosing the wrong film to watch.

We watched Quarantine, without first gettin to know more information of this movie. All i knew is that its a thriller n my colleague also recommend that i shld watch it if im looking for a thriller.
BIG MISTAKE!!!!

The show wasn't really our cup of tea, we hated the first 15-20mins of the show as its really boring, but i do agree that boring part lead me to be unexpected of how what comes next in the show. I think everyone else in the theatre thinks the same way as us. That every small detail shown in this 15min would mean somethin later on, but no. If u wish to watch this movie too, dun bother remaining that focus in this 15mins, its purely just emo-preparation. U can even skip listening to the dialogues n just keep either ur eyes or ur lips locking with ur partner, now that would make ur 10 bucks seem more worthy.

Filming style is alike "Blair witch project", but not as dizzy. Our giddiness after watchin the show actually comes from the blood n gore, screamings from Jennifer Carpenter and from sharing the despair of the characters in the show.

The attacks began with with one old women whom had been infected with a mysterious human rabis n she started attempting to bite the life out of everyone she saw. And before u know it the building was quarantine by the CDC n everyone was stuck in the doom building. And one by one, the living became attacked by the rabis-infected whom were a combi of zombie + mad dog, and like any zombie theme Play Station game, those that were bitten would raise up n join the rest in attacking the remaining survivors.

Imagaine the zombies, Dripping saliva, deep growling sound, and teeth baring all the time. And as they r stucked, the living has no way to escape to from the attacks. Watchin the show, we r like waiting for them to die.

Hmm..frankly speaking, the show was not that bad, but as i said its not our cup of tea. From our point of view, if u r looking for a movie to relax after a whole week of work n stress, this is definately a No-No.
