Computer is Back

My Dad help me to collect my PC back from Challenger today.

The guy there explained to me over the phone, the problem is caused by the connector.
'Connector loose liao' he said.

I dunno what to say liao. Used computer so many years, everytime kena these kind of new problem. Graphic card spoil, and than is graphic card got dust, sweep sweep away can liao, after that is Ram No good, and than now connector looose. I really wonder leh, why all these problems come one by one huh.

As in the $66 diagnostic fee that i paid them last week is for what one!

3 months ago, paid diagnostic fees to repair computer and for installing of a new RAM than less than 1 month later, comp down coz graphic card dusty. Why they repair that time cannot see one meh. first time round, i already like never kay gao with them already. Than another month later comp down again coz they give my bro a lousy RAM and they had to change a new RAM for us FOC. FOC for RAM but diagnostic charges apply.

HEY. people buy apple, than u sell lousy apple, ppl eat liao LAO SAI, than come back to u, u still can ask for doctor consultation fees one ar, wah lao!! Ok as i said, i never kay gao, i paid up, so now on the very night we bring comp home, the connector become loose than what shit they diagnose in the first place!!

Super Angry with these incompetent people. CHI DA BIAN laR.

As usual la, come and tell me, these kinda things they unable to know beforehand one.

Than can i tell u i got no money im broke, cannot pay u for diagnostic fees, cause hor these kind of thing i dunno beforehand one leh, how i know i will go shopping hor than see nice nice things than happen to pay for those things before i come Challenger. Dunno one rite.

Went for this Romance seminar thingy that was organised by my church.

In the mood for Love :)

Was looking forward to being up-close and personal with Pastor Kong, thot it would be like big big focus group. But turns out its like a um... a seminar(ar ber than...yes i know)

Well had to leave beforehand as Bert had classes to attend and i had to be at his place for the flat viewers.So didn't even get to see even a hair of Pastor Kong and than i have to leave liao.

A great disappointment indeed, but for the sake of my love, what choice. Haiz....

Love the moments that Baby & I shared together at the Romance seminar. Really appreciate these quality time spent. Ya, these are things that money can't buy.
It is enough (shld be ebough)to compensate the disappointment of not seeing Pastor Kong. Baby was funny and nice to me the whole time la, we like in our honeymoon courtship days lidat. Im so in love with him that day.

Im going Myanmar

Wow, the week passes so fast.

After a week of long hours work, i am finally seeing light. Heheh, doing the programme run down and fire-fighting with my designers on the Banners artwork, whew, finally its all completed.

Im going Myanmar!! Yea~~~ Hahaha, i dunno should i really be happy. Im delighted cause i have a wonderful manager now, and for a small fry like me,this company trip doesn't comes easy. But im so so glad, i feel really involved and recognised as an employee in the company. Previously, i feel that im almost non-existent, but now,even my Chairman remembers my name after just 1 meeting. Whoppeee!!!

But on the other side.
The date clashes with Canny's baby first month. Which i had look forward since the day i knew she is pregnant. I love attending Baby first month. Dunno y, but Babies are cute. And i like to take pictures with them. :)

And being a Buddhist Communist country, like kinda scary.

Went Marina Sqaure after work to meet up with Lide and others to celebrate Adino's birthday. Reach 1.5 hrs late, no choice, gotta work man. Well, as expected, less than half turn up.
Didn't get to do much, coz the night passes fast. Wanted to watch 'Confessions' but the timings left are extremely late and birthday is tired liao. Haiz...

Hope Adino is not disappointed at the lack of programmes, feel so bad i can't contribute much ideas. Old liao~my brain cells kinda protest when i tried using them.

Busy Week

BUSY! BUSY! BUSY!

Have been really really busy for the past few days, quite fun to do so much stuff, though its tiring and very straining on my eyes, but at least its something new.

Really thank all my designers and fellow colleagues at work (not her! she is NOT included), enjoyed the teamwork, couldn't have finished all the artworks without their sacrifice. There's still more that needs to be done, really hope all things can be completed on time, really worried that ive missed out on certain areas right now. First time involved in this facial challenge event, the program rundown is scaring me, arghh...no matter how many times i amend, it is just not detailed enough.

Only left a few days, definately need to go full steam ahead tomorrow. Can't afford to be careless and miss out on any arrangements right now.
Yeah!! May be sent overseas to Myanmar next week, but plans may still change at the last minute.

Expo Sale Trip

Had a fantastic day today. Had a sweet sweet date with the most marvellous man in the world.

After church service, Baby accompanied me shopping at Expo, and that makes mi so so happy!! :)
Though he is so tired & hungry from lack of sleep lately, he still forced himself to walk with me throuh the throngs of shoppers. With a smiley face, no attitude, and gave constructive comments while i was looking for great bargains. Carried my bag for me and chat with me while i ravaged the bargains at the Great Robinsons Sale.

Sorry i neglected your stomach Baby, glad that i got to fill ur satisfied tummy at the Food Fair.

Well, was quite disappointed that i didn't get to see La Senza Bra on-sale this time round, coz i remember myself buying La Senza bras at ridiculously low price. But still i gotten myself a little black dress and G2000 office pants. Thanks Baby for paying for it.

We skipped the Adidas fair coz you need to queue to go in & we didn't really had any sports item in mind, so we went directly to the Food fair. (to his relief :p)

Love the muar otar and the curry fish ball. Ooooo...if only i can eat them everyday, they are delicious. Ate chicken rice, sharksfin and drank passion fruit juice!

Finally send my comp back to Challenger for repair, the guy just said he needs to send it to his technician, Grrr...lousy people.

Ate a lot during dinner today with my parents, been over-eating, oh no......

Time pass quickly for me this week. Work was great. I finally feel that im working.

I finally gotten my eye cream!!! And i did not spend big money on it, in fact i did the exact opposite. I scouted around for quite some time, rack my brain for a long time trying to remember past good recommendations from friends, and i finally settle on

(a small advice: as its really creamy, a little really goes a long way)

I scouted around watson, guardian and ntuc, and all 3 sold this cream at the same price of $26.90-27.90. As im not exactly in a despo state as to need to buy it immediately, so i decided to wait for Watson's regular storewide discount.

BUT BEAUTE SPRING, my god..

They sell it at incredible miraculous price.

It retails at $16.90!!! 10 DOLLARS CHEAPER. I simply grab it.

After dutifully applying this cream twice a day, using it sparingly as its texture is very creamy, i notice my very obvious fine lines, diminishing.

Im not kidding you, why would I, ask mi out and you can see my eyes for yourself. Though there are still fine lines, but they have reduced to just faint faint lines, instead of its usual deep crease lines.

And without the need to pay for a $68 Bobbi Brown fantastic eye cream, my $16.90 olay eye cream works equally well.

Well, just to soothe my ego, i did this.

Comp failure

Im computerless again, and you know why, its becoz of that F***inG CHALLENGER. My poor comp is down again. Stupid useless tecnicians.

They are challenging me on my ability to flare up at them and burn their stupid blue shop down. Grrrr..... Useless technicians.

My bro sent in our desktop comp in for repair at Challenger EastPoint beginning of Jan, paid good money for a new 1gb RAM. One month later, on a one fine sunny afternoon. Comp stare blankly at me irregardless of how many times i jabbed heartlessly at the ON button.

Admitted hosipital CH*LL*NG*R again. The Customer Service guy so clever (or so i thot), say my computer dusty inside, dust dust a bit, do some cleaning on the things inside and VOILA, its alive!!

GODamnit! Less than a month later, my comp stare blankly at me again, giving me the constant beeping sound, like its gonna die and the respirator is beeping and telling me the heart gonna stop anytime lidat. F**k,

As im busy, my Dad help sent my comp to hospital CH*LL*NG*R again. The staff called me up and asked if there are any important files inside cause they may have to re-format my comp and all data will be gone.

I was like WTF!!

I paid $166 for data-recovery during the Jan repair, and 1 month later u r telling me u gonna erase them all again!!! No way man.

I said to him in my utmost pissed off tone, im not gonna be paying a single cent and they better ensure all my files r still there and im not gonna be paying a single cent for data-recovery, and i reminded them this comp has been sent to them for repairs just 1 month ago!!!

Turns out, they do not need to re-format my comp, coz its the RAM that we purchase from them in jan that is causing the problem, and they have since replace it with a new one. (WTF rite, giive me a lousy RAM in the first place, WT...)

I am so damn sure, if i had not kick a fuss over the phone, they will simply act or be retarded and just re-format the whole comp and than ask mi to pay for the stupid data-recovery again lor.

And guess what, after i bring it back home yesterday afternoon, after i the exterior and my keyboard a nice good wipe, pat them nicely, say sweet nothings to them after all this. It stare at me blankly again that very night after im back from Dinner.

If my flu is not giving me the Fever, i think this will.

Pls, Oh God, Pls tell me, how can i look for non-retards technicians.

I have only just started watching 6 episodes of Gossip Girls season 1, and i was like halfway in love with Serena attitude & Nate eyes and than this happens~~my God, im already way behind, i only on Season 1...., with the constant comp failure, when can i finish watching all the other shows im dying to watch....

I gonna need a new comp soon man, or im gonna buy some chilli padi and stuff it down those retard technicians puny brains. Why must the IT show be over just when i needed it most~~

Communication

Meet up with my cousin Serena, my sister and my brother-in-law at Suntec a few days back. Had a nice casual chat with all of them over dinner. Sometimes, i just can't stop pondering, y can't my sister & I have the habit of meeting up for a casual chat and a good meal together?

From my sis eyes, i thought i saw this tinge of regret and surprise in her eyes when i was sharing my route to Christianity with my cousin. Regret becoz she and my brother were the very ones that chided & stopped me from attending church services during schooling days with friends. Surprise becoz she sees another side of me, and how much impact she has been in my life.

Surprisingly, this meet-up also lets me see the side of my cousin that i have over-look all these years. When we place aside our inner fight for being the best-dress and best groom during CNY visitation, i realise we share similar characteristics in terms of communication, its easy for us to find a similar topic to chat on. Overall, i really enjoyed talking to her, coz she is so enthu when she starts talking about whatever. Just Like me. :)

Its amazing how one's life would actually have different ending should this and that has or had not happen at a certain time & at a certain place at a certain point of time. And the only person that is giggling up there, looking at us screw up, is God.

OK lets start, without my sis, I guess i would never have been a Christian. She is the one that spurs my interest in this relationship with God. Not my pastor, not my brother, not my friends. I look up to her since young, she is the brainy one in the family. And when she starts sharing stories of Holocast, and of the End Times,and many others, i was drawn to her words like a kid listening to the happily ever after story of Cinderalla.

But interestingly, after i accepted Christ, the stories ceased, nor do i hear any of them from my fellow church mates. And the saddest thing of all is actually me not being able to hear any more stories from my sister.

I have once requested for personal Bible Study sessions from her, we had it a few times but due to her busy schedule, i was directed to my cell leader, whom gave me bible study class once and than the sessions were postpone to indefinate dates. From than, i was no longer exposed to beautiful stories of God.

But thank God im been lead into one of the best church in the world. Our Pastor's preaching gave wonderful insights to the word of God, the past weeks were about building good marriage and relationship with ur partner, indirectly discouraging Divorce. Now how many church are willing to do that, to talk about the importance of sex in a marriage, just this alone is enough to close the doors of many Tradition church-goers. Another important of course would be, the Power of Communication. Somethin that i have always love and desire for.

My mum stopped cooking since i enter secondary school, missed her cooking but it also means i start eating takeways since than. Though my siblings and I had to settle on takeaway for our daily meals, we rarely had meals together.

There was a couple of times, my sis and I went downstairs for our lunch together at the coffeeshop, but during these occasions, i realised that not only do we not have common topics but we obviously do not understand each other that much either. Our understandings of each other stop at the primary sch days memories. And that seems sad.

People change. Though we may not necessarily go through drastic change, but people still change. Sometimes, im really eager to know what goes on in her mind, she is the only question mark in the household. Didn't God remind her that Communication is not only the door to successful marriage but it also leads to strong family bonds.

P.S. My sister & I had not gone though any arguements or quarrels right now, its just me being emo all of a sudden. Think its due to the boring, slow Saturday.

Went home straight after work, but not before stopping by Tampines Mall for some quick shopping for shoes, my DMK is useless.Lousy quality shoes. Dun u Hate it when ur shoes spoil right after ur feet starts to get used to it.

Have been ignoring other games on my psp these days, my only fave is still 'Worms 2', simply lurve ZaM-ming the worms all day all night.

Bought flats from Cotton On, their receipt is amazingly long, i bought just one item and they gave me an almost metre long receipt.Their disclaimer is damn long, do they really think people gonna waste their time and read it. Its a total waste of paper, they ought to be fine by NEA for this. Earth is depleting resources too, and being an Australian company i thought their management should know better than to waste precious paper pulp this way.

I was eyeing on Coach handbags, had intended to get my sis to get one for me from U.S during her honeymoon, but as she said its not exactly that cheap so plans to get Coach bag, plan is postponed.





Gotten myself this Long Champ inspired bag, love the design. It kinda match with most clothes, so im thinking of getting an authentic one for myself soon, with all my debts almost paid, i think i shld be able to reward myself a little, rite baby.
