Picnic at East Coast

Haha this is an outdated blog,hee its already 15Oct now while im typin this, but the date tells otherwise, hee~ i am so so tired this week n by the time im home, i really can't bring myself to touch that mouse. my poor comp lies at the corner of the flat, neglected.

Went to East Coast on Sat, had a picnic with my colleagues, it was meant to act as a birthday celebration and though there was no birthday cake, a nice colleague self-baked some sponge cake as replacement.

Can't comment on the taste though, i was on a diet that day and i refrain myself from indulging. Hee

But Thank God for the good weather and good attendance, making the whole picnic seems like well...a picnic lor. Gt may photos but i shall share only my favourites.

Baby Chloe!! I had blog about her first month celebration in May, and how time flies. She is now 5 month old, and look cute and chubby now.

And there were many many dogs at the picnic, but surprisingly, other than the brown black terrier as seen in pic, the rest were pretty quiet and well-tamed. Aww..they are so cute....

Ratie Caught In Action

Came to work and found a big surprise waiting for me.

Felt quite sad for it actually, coz it looks 'ke lian' in that cage. This rat was caught by our office cleaning lady. From the info i got, they will leave it there out in the open , all exposed to the sun and apparently it will die due to either thirst, hunger or extreme sunbathing. But this is something that has to be done cause unfortunately they may spread all kinds of diseases, and to have them eating up food in our office and pooing all ard is simply intolerable.

MY PLAN SUCCEEDED !!! WOAH HAHAHAHA~~~ :D

Rem i mention about using ant poison for Mr Rat. They ignore my concentrated pile of ant poison the previous night, i thot they recognised it as poison liao and wun eat it anymore, but lo and behold, the entire pile of concentrated pool of ant poison was gone this morning!!

And evidence of them being ard is this.

But my colleague is the suay one. Sorry Cindy, u have to literally kena the shit cause by me. Well~ Hope this will truly cause the Rat to have an extreme diarhhoea and will never dare step into our territory anymore.

God is cute

You know how it feels to be 误会by someone. I think everyone will get误会by someone at some point in their life. But how do u feel and how should u react, when the person that 误会you is GOD?

I hoped im wrong, but i hoped im right too.. AHH very confusing, haha.

I prayed for R's knee problems, prayed for his aching shoulders and prayed for his health, and of course many other people and many other stuff, thereafter i happily went to sleep the night before.

Next day morning, i woke up with an aching knee and aching shoulders. I seriously think that God 误会我了. I forgot to emphasize to God, i pray for HIM to heal R, but not to CTRL+C his pain over to me ley~~~Haiz though i dun mind to 和他同甘共苦, but not in this way lar~~~ God ar, u very cute.

WAH Such a hot weather today, severely dehydrated when i reach my office.

Had an extreme urge for Chewy Junior Double Choc Crunch Cream Puff yesterday, so i was extremely happy when R suggested going to Tiong Bahru for dinner. I bought 6 cream puffs!! Yippee. I hated cream puff all along, felt that they look too yucky, yellow yellow cream, look like a pile of puke. But Chewy's Junior puff is different, they are um.. not yellow, in fact they are a brownish. And they tasted like um..very tasty choc cream, the sweetness is like choc vanilla.ultimate bliss

The puff is suppose to be freshly baked from the oven, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Note i said, supposedly, actually after buying the puff, i find that it is usually pretty cold and not a bit crispy, in fact it has turn pretty soggy on the outside but i still love it for its taste, and for better taste u can put it in the fridge to chill it before eating. Dats wat I did.

I saw that the staff has baked trays and trays of diffrent puff, and they placed them high on the shelves.So probably that explains y they have turned soft, coz they have been freshly baked for quite some time liao. But hey i do understand that it makes more sense to prepared all these trays of puff in advanced coz the turnover is super high. So im gonna pardon them for this soggy area. Its still Thumbs up.!!!

Nothin is better than satisfying ur cravings!!!

Mr Obnoxious Rat visited my work table secretly on Tuesday Night. And he stupidly ate up all the ant poison that i had placed around my work table that day. The poison was meant to kill those black ants that has been disturbing me and my colleagues, they came in the form of pellets of small rounded yellow stuff. Its quite famous for killing ants i think, its called ‘一扫光’but Wah Lao, kaypo Rat, go and eat up ALL the poison, at least be friendly leave some for the ants to eat ma.

Dunno how to share. #$@$%#...

How do i know its Mr Rat, because my tidbits were found tear up at the corners, n the wrappers was found a small distance away. and unless an army of black ants turn up at my workplace in the night, or else it is impossible for the ants to carry away all the bits of poison that i have scattered in different corners.

The ant poison supposedly is strong enough to kill a colony, but since the Rat is big, i hope the poison will at least trigger them to Lao Sai~. I place more ant poison yesterday, and this time round, i actually concentrated all the poison at one place, so as to ensure the Suay Rat will kena the poison BIG TIME.

HaHa. I wanna make sure the Rat will Lao Sai until jialat jialat.

But lo and behold, today morning im so disappointed, the posion was still there, but i had initially thot the poison was untouched but no, as i look nearer i saw that some of the poison had been wetted, and they clump together and merge, u know how flour upon contact with water, they gonna clump together. Well thats hw my poison looks like now, so im very sure the Clever but stupid Mr Rat has been here again, but he has simply licked the poison and probably recognised the poison as the culprit that cause it to Lao Sai, thus deserting it. Hahaha

Stupid R, coughing so badly liao yet still so naughty, ate up 3 Chewy Junior puff in one go, he is suppose to keep 2 for his breakfast lor. So he is very sick today, haiz...heart pain... But wat to do, he dun wan to see doctor in the past few days, than last night after buyin expensive cough syrup from the pharmist at Guardian Pharmacy, his illness worsen, so he promised me he gonna take MC today. Haiz...though im glad R is finally seeing a doctor(i hope), my cough syrup is gonna be wasted liao:(, lucky last night i got ask R to give me drink one tablespoon(i suspect i shld have slight cough too lar, since R is sick i shld be affected too wat). Maybe tonight i visit him dat time, im gonna drink another tablespoon so won't 浪费the syrup. Or else buy liao no one drink very 可惜leh.

My Faith in You

Hebrews 11:1 Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.


I felt very touched listening to their story. I dun remember word for word what they have said, but in summary, they have a young son and due to business failure they were millions in debt and they had to declare bankrupt. But regardless of how hard the situation is, they have never blame God , they do not turn negative, they never give up, and never turn bitter, instead they turn to God and continue praising him, their faith never fails, in fact in these difficult times it grew stronger. Though there is so little to survive by, they continue to tithe 10% of whatever little they have to God, they pressed on and prayed for a breakthrough. God has not fail them, 6 years later now they have been discharged from bankruptcy, earn a five figure salary and blessings has continued to pour in along the way.

It touched me deeply when they talk about how there were days they have not a single cent in their pocket and they were unable to travel to work as they have no money to top up their ez-link card. The days when they were unable to give pocket money to their beloved son for recess, the young son would go without breakfast and lunch, waiting just for the dinner. I believe there is even more stories but

What inspires me, is not their story, yes I agree it is too common a story, it is something that is probably happening in every city around the world. What inspires me is their spirit, their courage to walk through all this, together, as a family and most importantly their faith in God.

Looking at them from afar, I feel proud of them, I can practically see God smiling at them from heaven, looking very pleased with them.

It makes me reflect on myself, on how is my own prayer life, on what have I done for God. I do not feel lowly of myself nor do I feel ashamed, I just feel that I seem to contradict myself all the time. I hope for many things, but I do not take action. And this can gradually be seen in my everyday life.

I have once again signed up for bible study classes (im so blessed, R is willing to go too), it is nothing compared to all the good works done by other fellow Christians but to me, it’s a brand new start once again. I look forward to the day where I will participate in mission trips, join a ministry, or even enroll in school of theology.

I do not posses great wealth nor do I have a fantastic career, but after listening to the testimonial, after watching the TV show on channel 8 (hosted by Quan YiFeng and Christopher Lee every Mon), after reading devastatingly news everyday, I know one thing ,

我是幸福的。

I have friends, not so bad career, great supportive family, handsome boyfriend and a comfortable roof over my head and of course I belong to one of the greatest church around. I love myself. Muack.

Haha, its his sister birthday, so this camera shopping agenda is for her. We settled on a cool,slim and sleek black Casio Exilm eventually. (arghh..dunno how to spell the exilim, arghhh…)

Walked past Missha, and though I already gotten my BRTC BB cream, I can’t help but walk in to check out Missha’s famous BB cream. I didn’t really expect to see it actually, as I had asked for it on many occasions and their BB cream is always sold-out.

So I was pretty surprise when I saw not one but 2 types of their BB cream available in store. The M Perfect Cover BB cream(S$45.90) and the normal M BB cream (S$32.90). The Perfect Cover BB cream comes in 2 variations, SPF40 and SPF42, I dun think I will ever understand y they bother comin out with 2 variations when the difference in SPF is jus a pathetic 2.

Anyway, I was just playin ard with the sample, when Mr R becomes interested in it. I explained to him that it’s similar to the Rojukiss BB cream as seen in Watson, jus that Missha’s one has more raves online. And the next thing he did was, pick it up, walk to the counter and paid for it without a question ask. So nice, so sweet right, buy things for girl friend so爽快, but hello~~ no lor, the BB cream is purchased for Mr Vain R own personal usage. I kinda encouraged it actually. Coz putting on concealer and make up is getting to be pretty common in other countries but Singaporean men tend to still be pretty anal about it.

BB cream heals and calm sensitive skin, and at the same time provides sheer coverage, moisturises and helps even out skin tone. So im actually pretty glad my man is into good beauty stuff. So now I can simply share share his BB cream when my BRTC runs out, HA!

He bought the normal BB cream, coz its cheaper and I agree that guys generally do not need any sun protection. Dark men are sexier. (ahem..)

I SAW DORAEMON TODAY!!!! Ang Ang Ang! 小叮当帮我实现。。所有的愿望！！！

Hahaha ok Im writing nonsense again. Hahaha. Went to R’s cousin housewarming, I simply love his cousin’s 2 daughters, they r so adorable. Im gonna named her youngest daughter Doraemon from now on, coz she looks totally like one.

Round round, cute cute, clever clever, than when I ask her show me her hand, she practically伸出圆手lor, (hahaha ROTFLOL) than when I purposely call her ‘ hey你是Doraemon对吗？’ Guess what, she replied me, ‘Ang Ang Ang’ haha super cute lor.

Show u her picture, she is turning 3 soon but her intelligence, her aggressiveness, her size is simply incredible, she easily put an average 5 year old kid to shame man. Can u believe this young gal is already 23kg!!!

Ayu Ayu Ayu

Bought the latest Ayumi Hamasaki’s complete singles collection!!!



Felt really elated after paying for it, it has been quite some time since i bough Ayu stuff!!! There is a total of 3 music CDs and 2 DVDs that features her a-nation concert from 2004-2008!!! Though I already have all her concert DVDs but for Ayumi’s concert, there is no such thing as enough.

Sadzz… I have yet been able to find the time to sit down relax and watch my Ayu DVD, even for my 羅志祥<殘酷舞台>DVD, it took more than a month to actually finish watching the entire 2disk concert.

As expected, Ayu looks absolutely gorgeous on the DVD cover. Haiz…I am so so worried than she is gonna retire man, one of my greatest wish is to be able to watch at least Ayumi’s live concert in Japan at least once in my lifetime. She is the greatest performer I have ever seen, no other artiste mesmerize me the way her concert does. But of course humans r not perfect, I dun exactly love ALL her concerts, but most of them are fantastic, great visuals effect, great dancers, great costumes, great coordination and of course the fantastic songs, I simply love the emotions that tag along with every song.

My next target, Namie Amuro’s Best Fiction, I hope it comes with the MTV DVD, Namie looks so hot even R drools when watching the commercial.

HAPPY CHILDREN'S DAY

Can someone tell mi why does public holidays always passes so fast~~

Arghh... y is it only one day, Argh~~ y did dat one day seem so short. If im the President, i would set new law, new law that says that all public holidays should last for at least 1 week. HA! Come, Vote for Me.

Hey even China got 1 week P.H. lor, i heard they call it their 黄金周, have no idea what kind of P.H. dats is, but its super shiok lor, in Malaysia, their Hari Raya is 1 week holiday one lor, but we gt 1 day only.

My 1 day holiday was spent in a rush. Slept till late late 1pm , woke up to a nice breakfast which was bought by my father. My favourite Wanton Mee!!(SlurP!)

Before i knew it, its a mad dash to the bathroom, everything muz be chop chop, need to buy 5 presents for the children's day celebrations, and to meet Mr R for a visit to my mother-in-law whom has sprain her leg(OPS, wat, say say cannot meh, ok lar ok lar, its his mother can) Thank God, the sprain isn't serious.

Rush back to Jeffrey's place for the CELEBRATIONS!!!but nt before stoppin st Tampines Mart for some KFC delivery, thank God for the stop, at tampines Mart, I FOUND MY BB CREAM!!! My BRTC BB cream. I nearly couldn't believe my eyes, i have lookin for it at so many Watson outlet but to no avail.

It states that it contains 0.01% white gold and 1.5% Caviar extract, having worked in a beauty company, i knew that 1.5% is a lot!!!This good stuff is suppose to have a triple function of whitening, wrinkle control and even out skin tone, all this while concealing and healing the face of its imperfections.

I am applying precious Caviar baby on my face, and u knw wat, i am so gonna moan (ahem..in a sexy way of course)every time i apply my BB cream early in the morning. Coz this stuff is good stuff.

Celebrated Children's Day, hee i feel so young all over again. We may grow old, grow ugly, grow intelligent (HA!) but as long as we feel young inside, who's to stop us from celebrating CHILDREN"S DAY!!!!

Photographer ask bride to play 老鹰抓小鸡, i was well-protected at first, but after a few chase, AR!! me being the nearest to the groom, 我这可怜(but可爱)的小鸡was caught. Though i tried very hard to put up a 'im strugglin expression' but the pictures somehow still doesn't looks convincing, hmmph..
